Which pricing model should we pick?
Zoho One pricing in NZ comes down to one question: how many of your people will use it. More than about 4 in 10, and all-employee pricing at NZ$60 is usually cheaper than flexible-user at NZ$144. We'll run the numbers with you before you commit.
Do we have to move everything at once?
No. Most businesses start with CRM or finance and add apps over months. The licence covers everything from day one, so there's no extra cost to switch the next app on.
Is Zoho Voice included in Zoho One?
Treat Zoho Voice as a separate calling subscription. It works alongside Zoho One, but numbers, call usage and Voice plans may be charged separately.
What about our existing data?
We migrate and clean it as part of the rollout: contacts, deals, invoices and history into Zoho CRM. New Zealand businesses usually find the cleanup is half the value. Clean records are also what make the Zia AI features worth having.
